Zero Tolerance Policy for First Class Limo

First Class Limo is committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for all our passengers. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the following:

1. Alcohol and Drug Use

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drug use by our chauffeurs. Any driver found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will face immediate disciplinary action, including termination.
• Passengers are not permitted to bring or consume illegal substances in our vehicles. Any violations may result in termination of service without a refund.

2. Chauffeur Conduct

• Our chauffeurs are trained professionals who are expected to treat all passengers with respect and courtesy. Any reports of inappropriate behavior, discrimination, or harassment will be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated.

3. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers are expected to behave appropriately during their ride. Any form of harassment, violence, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. First Class Limo reserves the right to terminate service if the safety or comfort of our chauffeur or other passengers is compromised.

4. Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees and termination of service.

5. Reporting Issues

• If you have concerns regarding the behavior of a chauffeur or another passenger, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@firstclasslimollc.com. We take all complaints seriously and will promptly investigate any issues.
