Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Reservations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full booking amount.

2. Special Events and Peak Times

  • Cancellations for special events, such as weddings, proms, or holidays, must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled event will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Airport Transfers

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes made within the cancellation periods may be considered a cancellation and subject to the cancellation fees mentioned above.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after a cancellation request has been approved.
